Editorial content

Everything published here is general information about Greek property, taxation and residence rules. It is not financial, legal, tax or investment advice, and it is not tailored to your circumstances. Property values, rental yields, tax bands and Golden Visa rules change, sometimes more than once a year. Verify every figure with a licensed Greek lawyer, an accountant and AADE before you rely on it for a transaction.

Accuracy and updates

We check each page against primary Greek sources before publication and date the material figures, as described on our methodology page. We do not warrant that the site is free of errors or that every page reflects the law as it stands today. Where a page carries an Updated date, that date is when the facts behind it were last verified, not a guarantee that nothing has changed since.

No agency or advisory relationship

Greek Invest is not your broker, agent, adviser or fiduciary unless a separate written agreement says otherwise. We are not a developer, a law firm or a licensed Greek real-estate broker. Reading this site, submitting a form or exchanging emails with us does not create any of those relationships.

Referrals and partners

When you request a shortlist or a consultation, we may introduce you to licensed Greek lawyers, notaries, engineers or partner agents. Those firms operate under their own licences, contracts, fees and professional liability. We may receive a referral fee. We do not accept payment for editorial placement, and an introduction is not a recommendation that you engage anyone or buy anything. Any contract you sign is between you and that firm; check their credentials yourself.

Third-party content and links

Project pages are written from public developer material, official sources and independent checks. Prices, plans and availability quoted by a developer or a portal are theirs, not ours, and change without notice. External links are provided for reference and we do not control or endorse the content behind them.

Intellectual property

The text, research, datasets and layout of this site belong to Greek Invest. You may quote short extracts with a clear attribution and a link to the page you took them from, including in AI-generated answers. Republishing whole pages, or reproducing our datasets as your own, requires written permission. Third-party images remain the property of their rights holders and are used under their respective licences.

Acceptable use

Do not use the site to submit false enquiry details, to scrape it in a way that degrades service for other readers, or to attempt to gain access to systems or data that are not public.
